Housed inside the iconic, heritage-listed 1938 Art Deco apartment complex (formerly the Merivale Flats), acclaimed architecture and design studio J.AR Office, led by director Jared Webb, has executed a breathtaking transformation.

Punctuating Marlowe's outdoor bar and patio space are select pieces from our Strap collection; specified in a striking raw steel finish, their linear, 1970s sun-lounger silhouette evokes a strong sense of nostalgia while providing a tough, industrial counterweight to the building's delicate heritage detailing.
